Comme une image

For those of you who love French cinema (and just cinema!), do not miss Comme une image (English title: Look at me). It's an excellent social satire, with brilliant dialogues and performances. As an aside, I think the title is taken from the expression sage comme une image, which in English would translate as as good as gold.

Made me laugh out loud many times, whilst also wincing - people behaving very badly, but also evoking sympathy. And I didn't recognise the derivation of the title, so thanks for that - it's a particularly poignant and interesting title in view of how I just chose to sum up the film!
