Oh dear... it would help if the sentence made sense, which it doesn't. But we can try and guess its meaning.
How about:
Can licit pleasures be compared to those which add to much more piquant attractions the priceless ones derived from the breaking of social relationships and the overturning of all laws
Pretty lame? Well, yes. But, as they say, G.I.G.O
That said, it is rather a challenge.
