The price of localisation

Thanks Paul for sending me an article on the localisation process by Kirsten Giovanis, Managing Director of KJInternational. Translators are only a cog in the system and it is interesting to read about the whole process. I was particularly interested in her assessment that "the cost of translation, localisation, validation and production (…) comes to $9.72 per word".
